Custom and personalized orders

I am always happy to get custom orders! If you have an item you'd like a custom color, size, etc., please message me and I will let you know if that is something I can do for you.

 

Care instructions

Silicone & Chewable Jewelry:
Be sure to wash these before using them for the first time! You can wash these with warm water and dish soap. Be sure to clean frequently. Chewable jewelry is not indestructible! Be sure to check it regularly for damage. Replace as needed.

Marble Mazes:
These are machine washable! If they need to be cleaned, you can simply throw them in the wash with everything else. Be sure to inspect seams regularly for safety as the marble inside is a choking hazard to small children.

 

Is your packaging discreet?

I get this question a lot, especially with my pride items. My packaging is a simple polymer bag with a shipping label on the front. It has my shop name and address, and your name and address. That's all. There is nothing on the outside that tells what is inside the bag.

I do ship all orders with the order receipt that specifies exactly what each item is. If you need me to leave that out as well, please let me know!

 

Shipping

Packages are shipped with first-class mail unless it is over a pound or you have purchased the upgraded shipping at checkout in which case they will be shipped priority mail. All orders come with tracking.

 

Candy

I do include a few pieces of candy in each order. I never use anything with peanut butter or nuts. I generally switch between a mix of Smarties, Jolly Ranchers, Dum Dums, Tootsie Pops & Tootsie Rolls, Twizzlers, etc. If you need to me to leave the candy out of your package, please let me know and I will do that!
