I LOVE this fidget. 
 
The beads are smooth, but the fidget is textured. You can spin the loops around each other, shake them, squeeze them and more. You can spin the loops around while holding both pieces or  you can only hold one! 
 
When you hold just one and let the other loop fall as  you spin it, it gives a bit of feedback as the beads bump into each other.
