This fidget is great because it can fill up your whole hand and it's silent. The beads spin easily between your fingers. You can slide your fingers in and out of each side easily since each opening has 5 beads on it. It's great for work, commutes, school, and any day-to-day life situation where a stim or fidget would be helpful!
